The Wells Street YWCA has been a local landmark since its construction in the early 20th century. MKS performed extensive repairs and renovations to numerous buildings, including; plasterwork, systems upgrades, clay tile roofing and copper gutters. Antiquated brittle wall construction of clay brick and plaster posed challenges that MKS was able to meet and exceed the owners’ expectations.
