Indiana Tech Warrior Park began back in 2017 when MKS and Indiana Tech began working on their master plan for a sports complex. Indiana Tech knew that they needed a LOT more space than they currently had to facilitate all their talented athletes. Their softball team had never played a home game on a field that they could call their own, and the wrestling team had won countless championships... it was time for an upgrade! MKS helped lead the process in site selection by scoping out different plots of land that could potentially work for the new sports complex. Ultimately, the school and MKS decided that the Donald Ross Golf Course was the perfect location for students, staff, and alumni – it was close to campus, and has plenty of room for growth! Indiana Tech purchased the entire Golf Course, still running 9 holes, and broke ground for Warrior Park in 2018.

This 13.6-million-dollar park includes a brand-new track and field, complete with bleachers, a 400-meter eight-lane track, and space for shot put, discus and hammer throw. To the north of the track is the Athletic Field House which is used as a multipurpose building that houses the offices for cross country, softball, tennis, track and field and wrestling. This field house also has team meeting rooms, locker rooms, a commercial laundry room, wrestling room and a sports medicine treatment room. Finally, there is the competition-style turf stadium where the first true home game was held in the 27 years of Indiana Tech Softball. This fully lighted stadium is complete with a press box with concessions, full technical sound system and digital score board, bleachers with room for 350 people, batting cages and dugouts.
