This project consisted of a complete renovation of a historic main street building that used to house the Grim & Grim Law Firm. The exterior wood façade was removed to expose the existing masonry. The first floor of the building was completely transformed into a coffee brewery and eatery, including seating and dining area for customers, and a large server kitchen. The space also has a new break room and office. The new storefront system was created to look period specific to the original building.
