Providing accessibility to meals for more than 1,000 hungry students while building a 30,000 square foot new building and renovating an additional 35,000 square feet became the immediate challenge for MKS at the beautiful Manchester University campus. MKS was selected as the construction manager and general contractor in the midst of the design development phase. Value engineering provided by MKS at the request of the college reduced the final cost by $1 million.
