We've adopted a safety-first culture as part of our commitment to keeping our team and the communities we work in safe. We encourage all employees to speak up if they see unsafe practices.

Our staff of full-time safety professionals spends time in the field observing and coaching daily. Through our Safety Observation Process, a behavioral-based program, we can take a preventative approach to safety and eliminate incidents before they occur.
