In February of 2018, the demolition of the old 26,000 SQ FT Boys & Girls Club facility commenced and MKS began to build a brand new building, almost doubling the Club's size. The construction of this project took a total of 14 months from demolition to move-in. This new facility will now serve as much more than simple after school programming. The Boys & Girls Club of Fort Wayne can now serve well over 500 students at one time in the age separated spaces of the club. The new space consists of a full collegiate style gym with three basketball courts, a full performance stage, tutoring rooms, learning centers, E-gaming/technology room, workout room, teen center, building-trades/partnership room, dance studio, sensory room, art room, kitchen, and an open game/collaboration area.
