This industrial project consisted of two different phases. In 2002, MKS constructed a 120,000 square foot production and warehouse facility. In 2005, MKS was retained to add an additional 160,000 square foot production, warehouse, and office addition. The 2005 project also included the installation of a new rail spur. A very aggressive schedule in both phases was met, and MKS delivered the building on time and within budget.
