MKS was hired in January 2006 as the design-builder for this FAST TRACK project. Working with an integrated design team, the project was designed and permitted in just ten weeks and completed one month ahead of schedule in August 2006. The POD design allows the students the private retreat of their rooms and a common gathering space to foster community at a cost that met Taylor's budget.
