MKS Welcomes New Chief Talent Officer with Extensive Experience in Culture and Leadership Development

Fort Wayne, Indiana – Michael Kinder & Sons, a leader in the construction and design-build industry, is happy to announce the appointment of Todd Roberts as their new Chief Talent Officer. Roberts brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in fostering organizational culture, leadership development, and human resources systems.

Before joining MKS, Roberts served as the Director of People & Culture at Freeland Group Restaurants, overseeing over 2500 employees. In this role, he was pivotal in building and implementing innovative systems for culture development, leadership training, and HR processes. His expertise in creating and sustaining positive workplace environments aligns seamlessly with MKS's commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.

Before becoming Director of People & Culture, Roberts dedicated 15 years to Fort Wayne Community Schools as a teacher, demonstrating his passion for education and community building.

In addition to his professional achievements, Roberts is deeply engaged in the community, serving as the Board President of Believe In A Dream, Inc. This organization provides youth with immersive experiences in entrepreneurship, leadership, and the arts. He also serves as a board member of the Olin and Desta Schwab Foundation.
