We completed the 70,000 square foot building during 2012-2013 using design-build. The concept is big, bright and airy with plenty of attention to detail, such as barrel-vault and dome roofs and imported Italian wood light fixtures. The building includes several lecture halls, collaboration spaces, seminar classrooms, several lounges and a large social area designed to host special events. As a former law school, the heart of the structure is the three-story law library and a 150-seat courtroom for simulated court proceedings. Now, the building houses two-story seminar room, classrooms, student spaces, admissions, and a Dean's Suite.
